Stunning wine, the best Santorini has to offer!

I served this one at 12-14° & let it breathe for 2h. Layered nose with straw, honey, flinty minerality with a nice sea breeze, white flowers, peach, lemon, grapefruit, tangerine, apple, pear, … really an endless nose … Dry on the palate with the perfect balance between acidity & minerality. Long finish with salty & peppery ending. Madness 🥰
